Estate Planning

You've worked hard your entire life to earn and save.  Make sure you protect everything you have.

Do you have minor children?  Do you know what will happen to them if you become unable to care for them?

Does your family know what is really important to you and what you want to pass on to your children and the next generation?

Do you know if there are tax consequences or whether creditors can access your estate?

Do you know what will happen to your assets and your children if you have no plan in place?  Do you want to keep your family out of court and out of conflict?

If you don't come home tonight who has the legal authority to be with your children? If Police are called becuse you cannot be contacted, where will your children be placed?
